Yellowbirds [acoustic duo] >> Serious Business

The good folks at Breakthru Radio have clearly caught wind of my affinity for Sam Cohen’s new band Yellowbirds, as they greeted me this afternoon with this brand new live video.  Sam and his band mate dropped by the studio to perform a (mostly) acoustic version of “Beneath The Reach Of Light”.  From this stripped down version you can tell Yellowbirds is the real deal.  The sound is still so lush and the keyboard sounds while different, still wash and sweep over the guitar beautifully.  You can also read an interview Sam did with Breakthru Radio by clicking HERE.
